C-CAAL is a non for profit organisation (a 501 C 3) faith-inspired, community-driven organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families across all cultural backgrounds. It was launched in 2001 and incoporated in August 2004 in Houston, Texas.
Rooted in Christian values, we believe that true transformation happens when we address the whole person—spiritually, socially, and economically. We stand as a bridge of support, unity, and hope, helping people navigate life’s complex challenges through compassionate service and practical solutions.
